In order to measure academic levels, Student should be tested with the Woodcock-Johnson III Tests of Achievement. This diagnostic evaluation will assess student’s strengths and weaknesses in the areas of Reading, Math and Writing. After reviewing the results, an individualized program is generated and each child’s academic needs are determined so that Tutor can focus on improving those areas.

IN-HOUSE SPEECH THERAPY and PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS
by Licensed Child Psychologists are available on request. Fees will vary.

NOTES:

In case of cancellation, a 24-hour written advance notice is required or a $25.00 NO SHOW FEE will be charged to account. Tutoring payments are due WEEKLY in advance. A late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged if payment is made after the Friday of the week that student received services. A $35.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned by the Bank. Late pick-up fees of $3.50 for every 15 minutes (or fraction thereof) will be due at time that student is picked up after designated hour. Credits/refunds will not be given to students that arrived late to a scheduled session.

NO REFUNDS or credits for missed Tutoring appointments.
